When my girls were younger we didn’t have ant Toot-toot products and although they are far too old to play with it now I have always been intrigued to see exactly what it is like so as part of my Christmas Toy reviews I contacted Vtech and asked them if they could send me one of their newer products. We received the Vtech Toot-Toot Friends Enchanted Princess Palace.
The Toot-Toot friends enchanted princess palace set came in a huge box and not surprising really as it says that the playset is over 4 foot wide! I couldn’t wait to get it out of the box to see what it was like.
Unfortunately getting it out of the box also meant having to build it. It was almost too daunting a task but a quick glance at the instructions and I was soon underway. The pieces clicked together really easily and formed a sturdy structure. There were a few sheets of stickers to put on which was a bit annoying but they were easy to place and the instructions were clear about what sticker went where.
One built the Toot-Toot friends enchanted princess palace looked amazing and had so many places for kids to play with. There are 5 places where the toot-toot figures react as well as lots of additional play elements. Being able to turn levers to open the doors and place the included figure in the swing as well as other interactive areas meant that kids could not get bored quickly.
Although the set is not easy to dismantle the two side sections do fold in and clip on to the main part of the playset so it doesn’t take up too much space when not in use. I can imagine young kids really enjoying this set and I feel that with the electronic elements combined with the imagination play make the Toot-Toot sets a much have you. The other thing I love is that the sets can all connect to make a huge Toot-Toot world which you can keep adding too and that you can buy the figures separately so if you just wanted the same playset but with more figures then you can do that.
This looks fab, I have not seen this set before. My little boy has lots of the toot toot range and his sister keeps playing with them too. I think she would love something like this as she is really into princess now she is three. I think I will have to add this to her Xmas list x
