There is no disagreement that there are cheaper holidays available but they also don’t have the same amount or quality of included entertainment or the fantastic free facilities that Butlins have to offer. With the free fun fair, decent swimming pools, kids clubs and theatre quality entertainment plus some fabulous character shows its hard to see how the others even compete. If you take all of that into account then Butlins definitely provide the best cheap UK holidays.
I tend to go either during the school holidays or for a midweek term time break. I am quite lucky that my girls are still young enough that taking them out of school is not so much of a problem. Already for 2013 I have three holidays booked and paid for and another two that we are thinking of booking. Butlins doesn’t just do midweek breaks or school holiday breaks though, they also have fantastic weekend breaks which enable the family to get away at a small cost but for a fun filled weekend.
Butlins are currently making some great improvements to their Bognor Regis resort and I can’t wait to see the new Fun fair and the Character Theatre that will be open in spring 2013. They continue to improve the resorts and as their slogans say
