We love holidaying at Butlins and Butlins at Christmas is even better. We headed to Butlins Bognor Regis for the very first Butlins Christmas Fantasy break of 2016. Staying in one of the Nelson Staterooms in the newly refurbished Shoreline hotel we were absolutely spoilt (check out my video room tour)
Visiting Butlins during the Christmas period means that you get the chance to see some extra special shows featuring some of our favourite festive characters. The Skyline Snowstorm show turned on the lights in the Skyline Pavilion each evening with the help of Santa and the Skyline gang hosted a fabulous Christmas party with special guests Rudolph, Ginger and Frosty.
There were also special Christmas shows available to watch at Puppet Castle as well as some of the shows that are available the rest of the year. We absolutely love watching the Skyline gang get up to mischief so any show that they feature in is always high up on our list of things to see.
We also love watching the Aladdin Rocks show as well as all of the others.
The festive season also means a visit to Santa and skating which really helps to add to the appeal of going. Being able to see a Panto, go skating, see Santa and spend loads of time together as a family helps to tick off so many of the things we have on our Christmas activity wish list. We even managed to play a game of bowling and enjoy some hot chocolate with marshmallows when enabled us to tick off even more. Apart from this, if you are fond of roller skating then these white skates would be the best thing for you.
If you are looking for somewhere to go during the festive season then I would definitely recommend a Butlins Christmas Fantasy break. We can’t wait to return and spend even more time at one of our favourite places.
