We love Aquabeads so when I heard that the Aquabeads Magical Unicorn set allows you to make Unicorns that have moving parts and allow you to stand them up.
The Aquabeads Magical Unicorn set comes with over 2000 beads in 14 different colours, a layout tray, sprayer, joint parts to clip the wings on, template sheet with a play mat on the back and a display stand.
The Play mat is a really great new addition that I hope is replicated in future sets as this allows the models to be played with after they have been built.
The template sheet features templates to make 2 large unicorns, 3 medium unicorns and 4 small unicorns as well as a rainbow. If you have never made Aquabeads they are really easy to make and then all you need to do is spray with water and leave to dry. To add the additional pieces you need to you the joint pieces. These clip on through the holes in the designs and allow you to have moving parts such as tails and wings.
The end results are beautiful and with the mix of crystal beads and opaque beads they really do look great. You have enough Aquabeads to create all of the designs on the template.
If you have a unicorn fan who loves crafts then the Aquabeads Magical Unicorn set would make a perfect present for under the Christmas tree.
My granddaughter loves Aquabeads and really wants to make the large Unicorns, but we cannot find the joint pieces. I would like to buy some – can you give me some advice?
