Most of the time when I see a customer services letter I always wonder if it could be true. I mean are companies really that nice to their customers?
When we were at Disneyland Paris Alison banged her head on one of the rides, she proceeded to feel ill and was sick. This meant that unfortunately we missed seeing the full Buffalo Bill Wild West Show. I wrote to Disneyland Paris to ask if there was anything they could do as obviously we were disappointed that we missed the show and also had to grab some food elsewhere as we missed the dinner served during the show.
Yesterday I received an email to confirm the refund which I was very thankful for and yet today they surpassed all expectations. I can’t wait to show the girls their big fluffy plutos when they come home from school.
