Take away the hassle

This weekend just gone we were staying at my mums house so that we would be close enough to Reading to attend the Matilda Mae Welly Walk. We had no idea what time we would be back and didn’t want my mum to go to loads of hassle to feed us all. With two fussy kids and four adults to feed my friends at JUST EAT came to the rescue and gave me £50 to spend on dinner.

I decided to use the JUST EAT App so downloaded it on my phone and sat in the car on the way back to my mums selecting our dinner.

The app was actually really easy to use and I prefer it over the website when ordering on my mobile as the mobile version of the website doesnt work very well with fat fingers.

After we chose a set meal for four and added on some extra poppadoms for the girls I clicked checkout and waited for our take away.

We had never ordered from this take away before but after looking at our local ones this one had 24 reviews and 5.5/6 stars.

The Set meal we had said it served 4 for £45.00 but when the food arrived the portions were very generous and the six of us managed to be full and still have some left.

The Set meal included

Starters
Chicken Tikka
Onion Bhaji
Tandoori Chicken leg
Sheek Kebab

We added on another piece of Tandoori chicken and two extra poppadoms which brought the total to £49.20

All of the portions were really generous and the three curries at the top of the picture are the Lamb Sagwala, Chicken Dansak and the Chicken Korma.
The lamb in the sagwala was amazingly tender and fell apart in your mouth and the sauce for all of the curries were spiced perfectly with the dansak having a lovely spicy hint to it and the korma being very creamy.

The garlic naan bread had lots of garlic on it and was lovely and fluffy.

The photos below are not great but it gives you an idea of quite how much curry we had to eat. The tandoori chicken was fantastic and very moist so I am glad we got two as it was very popular.

Everything we had was fantastic and to think that we would never have ordered from this take away without the reviews and star rating on the JUST EAT app. With amazing food and great sized portions it is definitely somewhere we would think about ordering from again. In fact I had better leave my own review.

Thank you JUST EAT, we really enjoyed our take away and it definitely took the hassle out of cooking.
