Meal Planning Monday

After yesterdays Epic clear out the recipes have come out, the meal plan is written and I am on this diet!
lets see if that lasts all week

Monday – Pork Steaks, Mash, Veg and Gravy
Tuesday – Homemade Chicken Curry, Rice and Naan
Wednesday – Pasta Carbonara, Garlic Bread and Salad
Thursday – Bean burgers, Wedges and Salad
Friday – Beef Stew
Saturday – Keema Curry and Rice
Sunday – Fish Pie

With this in place and lots of fruit and low syn or syn free snacks hopefully I can get back on track.


Lucky for me I just need to go to the market to pick up the fruit and vegetables we need as we have everything else already in so it will be a cheap week shopping wise.
