The countdown to my cruise continues and I when jumped on the scales this morning after the weekend I was pleased to see that I was half a kg lighter than on Friday morning so I am happy with that. Today has been all about planning for the rest of the week so we had a weeks worth of shopping delivered which has filled the fridge full of Slimming World Friendly foods
Today has been all about planning for the rest of the week. We had a weeks worth of shopping delivered which has filled the fridge full of Slimming World Friendly foods. I also planned our evening meals for the next week and even though we have Elizabeth’s birthday on Saturday and then Fathers day on Sunday I won’t let those events get in the way.
So what are we having for dinner this week?
Monday – Maggi Garlic Chicken and Mash
Tuesday – Spaghetti Bolognese
Wednesday – Slow Cooked Sausage Casserole (using Slimming World Sausages)
Thursday – Chilli and Wedges
Friday – Salmon, New potatoes and salad
Saturday – Slow cooker Chicken Curry
Sunday – Steak, Wedges and Mushrooms
Today consisted of fruit for breakfast followed by jacket potato, beans and mushrooms for lunch and then the Garlic Chicken packed with veg and Mash for dinner. I have been really good today and managed to control all my urges to eat naughty food and satisfied myself with just a hi-fi bar when I had a sweet tooth earlier in the day.
