This morning Alison’s class at school had the amazing opportunity to have a private session with 3 Halle Orchestra musicians.
Lucky for me parents were invited to attend too.
The orchestra were amazing and the children sat there absolutely mesmerised by the music. I have never seen 20 children sit so still for so long and even when they were asked questions it was as though they were in shock and star struck by the musicians.
Listening gave me a whole new way of thinking about wheels on the bus and Old MacDonald. I just wish I remembered that my phone had a video camera on it earlier.
I did however manage to video them playing along to The Owl Babies
