Personalised products for Alison are really hard to come by as the name has been out of fashion for too long. This meant that when I had the offer of a personalised cushion from ByElsieB on Etsy I couldn’t resist taking the opportunity to give her something special.
As Alison is a tomboy I was able to choose to have the cushion made using her favourite colour blue which makes it even more special for her.
The cushion itself is extremely well made from a tough wearing yet soft material and the contrast stitching on the letters looks fantastic. Alison absolutely loves her cushion and uses it each night when she goes to bed.
To ensure the cushion is completely family friendly I placed it in the wash and apart from the fact that it needed Ironing to look its best it washed really well. Although I did make sure I included a colour catcher in the load to prevent any colours running from the variety of fabrics used.
I have to say the quality of the cushion is amazing and the best thing is how much Alison loves her special cushion and I can imagine her keeping this for many years to come.
