Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar

Elizabeth and I had great fun yesterday pretending that the whole of December swooped by in less than two hours.

Opening the doors of my advent calendar and counting down to Christmas day is certainly one of the things I look forward to in December but how could I tell you how fabulous the Star Wars Advent Calendar is unless I opened all the doors?

The calendar is recommended for age 6 to 14 although I think it should just say six plus as I know I really enjoyed it and I am not under 14. The picture instructions are ok to understand, especially if you are used to building with Lego. It has certainly changed a lot since I was younger and I love all the special Star Wars pieces. In fact i loved all the models. Elizabeth’s favourite one was the AT-AT although she thought it was a horse for Jar Jar Binks to ride on. I think it might be time to introduce Elizabeth to the Star Wars films.

I also loved the fact that there was quite a few spare bits so even if you lost a bit then there was a few spare ones.

We received the Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar for the purpose of this review but the fact that I love it is my own opinion.
