This weekend I have actually managed to watch some of the Olympics and what a weekend its been but that is not what this post is about.
We have started to use competitions, medals and rewards to get the kids to do what we need and it is working really well. Elizabeth loves winning so competitions to go to bed the quietest/quickest etc are hugely successful.
