Both of my girls have unfortunately grown out of Disney Junior and Sofia the first but luckily I know some younger girls who still love it so I agreed to put the Disney Sofia the first Royal Castle of Enchancia to the test. The Royal Castle of Enchancia is suitable for children aged three plus.
The Royal Castle of Enchancia comes with two figures, Sofia the first and Thumper the rabbit. It also comes with a variety of accessories such as a chair, bed and a storage chest.
One of the features of the Royal Castle of Enchancia is the dance floor which twists the figures around so that they can dance. I was disappointed that the set didn’t come with two figures so we could see this dancing in action but even with just Sofia it looked like lots of fun. The dance floor is easy to use as you just turn the wheel on the bottom of the dance floor to make the floor twist around and the dancers twirl.
One of the other main features of the Royal Castle of Enchancia is the lift that transports Sofia the first from the ground floor to the floor above. Sofia the First stands in the lift and then the lift is manoeuvred using the fairy on the side. You pull the fairy up or down to move the lift and Sofia. It is easy to do so young kids can do this without any help.
The little Thumper rabbit is super cute and very much in keeping with the character from the TV show.
If you have a young Sofia the first fan then the Royal Castle of Enchancia would be a perfect toy for them to really get their imaginations flowing and enable them to act out some of their favourite episodes.
