Disneys The Lion Guard

Back in January at the Toy Fair I came across The Lion Guard which is a spin off from the Lion King. There was a feature length special called The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar on February 8th which helped to introduce the characters ready for The Lion Guard series which will premiere on Disney Junior on Wednesday 13th April.The Lion Guard follows Kion, the second-born cub of Simba and Nala, and his diverse group of friends as they continue to use their unique skills to protect the Pride Lands.

The Disney Store have some fantastic products available to celebrate the series including homeware, clothing, toys and plush.

The Lion Guard Giant Floor Jigsaw puzzle comes with 24 pieces and features Kion and some of his friends who make up the Lion Guard and help protect the Pride lands. The pieces are flocked in places that add an additional dimension to the characters

As with all Disney Store Plush the quality is fantastic and the stitching detail on Kions shoulder of the roaring Lion head is really good.

We are really looking forward to the start of the Lion Guard series and we cant wait to see what adventures Kion and his friends get up to.
