A few weeks ago me and the girls got a very exciting delivery and we have really enjoyed putting these to the test. We were each sent a pair of Adventure Team Dr Martens and Gaming Daddy of Two was very jealous that there were not any for him.
Alison was sent these amazing Jake T Canvas boots which feature 8 eye lace holes and a zip with great little Jake head charm . They came with black laces and also some yellow ones in a bag.
Elizabeth and I both received matching Finn T Canvas boots. Elizabeth’s boots had a zip like Alison’s but with a Finn charm whereas my boots didn’t have a zip.
The kids boots are made out of an extremely hard wearing canvas upper that is cemented onto the air cushioned sole and should withstand what these kids can throw at them. The girls find the Adventure Time Dr Martens to be extremely comfortable and they love wearing them, in fact trying to get them to wear anything else at the moment is a real struggle.
I have to admit that I absolutely love mine too and I had forgotten just how comfortable Dr Marten boots could be as I have not owned any since I had the girls. They have become my new favourite shoes which is pretty impressive seen as I loved my previous pair of boots so much. I do need to readjust to driving in boots like this but I am sure that will get easier. In the meantime my feet look awesome and I am the envy of my friends and most of the kids at school and Elizabeth is loving the fact that we have the same shoes!
Dr Martens have brought out a few other designs in the Adventure Time theme and they all look fantastic. I may have to add to our collection with some of the others soon.
