So I was weighed last night and I lost 4lbs. Now I will be honest and say that I was a little bit disappointed but I know that the two days I had in London did have an impact as I actually ate less than I normally would and drank a lot more coffee.
However, this week is a new week and a tricky week at that. On Friday I am heading to Download Festival until Monday. Being at a festival will be difficult but I won’t be drinking alcohol as we are driving in each day and staying in a hotel so I am going to prepare some speedy and low syn snacks to take with me and hopefully I will be able to stay on track.
Festivals are notoriously bad for vegetables but I am going to try my best to hunt out the healthiest options for when I am there. Luckily for me, Download has an app that actually tells me what food is available so I can use this to have a plan on what I will eat. I will still be sharing my food over on my Instagram just to make sure I stay on track as much as I can.
