I can not believe it has been over a month since I attended the webuyanycar.com’s negotiation academy. I have been using all of Dr Sandi Mann’s tips, tricks and suggestions to help me talk my way into some fabulous things including putting body language to the test to the London Toy Fair.
I realised how much I learnt or reaffirmed in such a short space of time and although she was telling us how to negotiate a lower price on a car the skills can be used in almost any situation. Here is a Youtube video with her tips.

The other fabulous person we met at the Negotiation academy was Richard Evans who has over 30 years experience as a mechanic. He took us outside to a car to show us a few tell tale signs that it has had work down or has been in a crash and showed us what to look out for and what questions to ask. Have you ever looked to see if the panels or doors have ever been removed? Its quite simple to tell as the paint on the bolts will be chipped. A simple yet effective way of seeing if major repair work has been done so you can ask the questions to find out why.
Richard shows some more clever tricks in this youtube video.

Both of these videos are available (along with others) on the WeBuyAnyCar.com youtube channel.
It is worth having a look at the others too as they all contain some fabulous tips that will get you negotiating like a pro and you never know when those skills will come in handy!
