Half Term happenings with Royal Shakespeare Company

I love finding new and exciting this to be doing during the school holidays and this half term I am kicking myself as we are away so much. I have had so many fantastic press releases fall into my inbox telling me about wonderful events up and down the country but nothing has intrigued me quite as much as the fabulous events that are taking place with the Royal Shakespeare company in London. Based in Stratford-upon-avon the Royal Shakespeare company are offering audiences and visitors something for all the family with workshops and free activities. Also showing is Curious, a perfect giggle-making introduction to theatre for 0 – 3 years.

Curious

Journey into a world where kitchen meets garden and where pots and pans get mischievously mixed up with planters and pails. A story without words, Curious is a spirited play for the very, very young. A perfect giggle-making introductory experience to theatre that explores everyday objects in an interactive environment. The performance concludes by inviting the children to venture onto the stage to dig, delve and rummage in the soft, moist soil.

Suitable for ages 0 – 3 years; running time: 45 minutes.
