When it comes to Christmas there are a few things that we love doing as a family and visiting Winter Wonderland in Manchester is one of the highlights of the festive season. Winter Wonderland Manchester takes place at EventCity from 9th December to 1st January. Each session lasts four hours and includes access to all of the rides and attractions (stalls and games are an additional cost).
As much as we enjoy all of the rides the highlight for us is checking out the stage shows. We have watched Sooty and Basil Brush on the stage and this year Winter Wonderland Manchester welcomes Rainbow. It will be great to be able to introduce my kids to Zippy and George.
Winter Wonderland Manchester has over 50 rides and attractions all inside which means that if the typical Manchester weather hits you can still stay nice and dry. As well as the rides and Rainbow you will also find real reindeer, a Christmas circus and Pipahoy.
That’s not all, you can even visit Santa in his house which was really good last year as you got to wander through the different rooms and really appreciate the attention to detail that went into it.
We can’t wait to head back to Winter Wonderland and we highly recommend that you visit as well. Check out this video that we made at one of the previous events.
