Things to do in Majorca as a family

This time next week I will hopefully be sunning myself beside the pool in Majorca rather than staring out of the window at a rain lashed Manchester and I really can not wait. I have never visited Majorca before and we are really looking forward to staying near Pollensa in one of the Villas 4 you villas, Moli Fora Terme.

Staying in a Villa is something we really enjoyed when we visited Lanzarote last year and having the freedom to eat what we want and visit the island at our leisure really adds to a holiday for me. I am really looking forward to visiting the local market on Sunday to stock up on local produce to consume during the week and with fabulous cooking facilities including a barbecue I am hoping that we can enjoy lots of healthy fresh produce.

As we have never been to Majorca I have been doing some research on some of the things we can do together as a family and here are my top picks.

1) Hidropark

As we are on the east coast we will have to take a trip to Hidropark. This water park looks to have something for everyone and it is fairly cheap too. http://www.hidroparkalcudia.com/

2) MarineLand

Both of my girls loved the look of this place and with the shows to entertain them as well I know we will have a great day out here.

3) Cuevas del Drach

This cave system includes a boat trip on a subterranean lake and a classical music concert. It really is something I would love to see.

4) Kathmandu Park

This adventure park features everything from a water park, soft play area, 4D cinema and a fun house plus lots more. It should be enough to keep us busy all day.

5) Boat trip

There is a huge range of boat trips listed on the Click Mallorca website to choose from and as a lover of the sea a boat trip is a must for me when going on holiday. I just need to choose which one we should go on.

We are all very excited about this holiday and I am looking forward to telling you all about the places we visit.
