For one week this summer kids can join a summer football camp in the rooftop pitch at Hotel Football overlooking Old Trafford. Available from Monday 30th June to Friday 3rd August, 08:30 – 17:00 each day the kids will take part in a range of activities including games, skills and football drills by FA qualified coaches. We headed to Hotel Football on Monday to get a sneak preview of the summer football camp. Alison had great fun running around the 5 a side pitch with the roof open to let in the breeze. They took part in a variety of games such as catch the tail and bulldog all whilst dribbling a ball.
They also practised various dribbling skills around the cones and taking shots on the goal. She has so much fun and was disappointed when our time finished and we had to go home. She would happily spend a whole week taking part in these activities but unfortunately, we are busy next week.
The Hotel Football Summer Football camp is run by FA qualified coaches and offers the attendees the opportunity to develop their football skills and learn new techniques in a fun ‘one of a kind’ setting of the rooftop football pitch.
