We are big fans of Hotel Football so when we were invited to spend a night there in one of the new family Squad Rooms we couldn’t wait. The new family squad rooms are at the end of the corridor and they have an amazing view of Old Trafford Stadium.
The rooms decor is a combination of luxury and football. They come with a double bed that can be split into two single beds and a pull-out sofa bed which is perfect for two children.
The Bathroom includes an amazing rain shower and a bath so it is great for younger kids who still want a bath. There was also a set of Hotel Football branded toiletries for each of us which were amazing.
Included in the room was a set of Top Trumps for each of my girls and a mini-fridge full of goodies including kids juice drinks. Each of the Hotel Rooms of Hotel Football has a mini-fridge that is filled with drinks and snacks that are free for you to enjoy. My girls loved the fact they can do that and I don’t moan at them for taking things out of the mini bar.
We had dinner and breakfast in Cafe Football and it is somewhere we really enjoy eating. The food at Cafe Football is delicious and there is a really good range to choose from. My favourite has to be the hot mess fries!
The reason we were staying at Hotel Football was to help promote the Stay and Play events that they have taking place over the school holidays. My daughter Alison attended one of the Football Camp sessions over the summer holidays and absolutely loved it.
The Football camp is suitable for ages 7 – 12 years old. Prices start at £40 per child for the day session, with a 25% discount for those booking onto all four sessions. The dates run from Monday 22nd – Friday 26th (There is not a session on Tuesday 23rd due to a Manchester United home fixture).
If you are interested in booking the football camp then you can get 20% off day pass bookings, using the code BLOG20. https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/half-term-football-camp-tickets-49808113408
