From the moment I first used the Slendertone Abs 7, I fell in love. It works. However for it to work and see results, you do need to use the toning belt religiously and make sure you stick to a healthy diet. It is by no means a quick fix, but will certainly help. I may have used the Slendertone toning belt more than I should have (there are guidelines for a 4 week course, though it is your choice how you use it) and found I was able to increase the intensity sooner than expected.
With 10 different programmes available, you will easily find one that is suited to you. When you use the Slendertone, you realise how quickly 30 minutes can fly by… especially when sat watching the television! There is no requirement for you to be physical when wearing the Slendertone, but in the long run that would help!
Easy to recharge and plug together, the Slendertone Abs 7 toning belt can easily be stored away in its rather sturdy box. I’ve been really pleasantly surprised by the results I am already noticing and albeit I will never have a ‘six pack’, more toned abs would be perfect!
Another benefit I foudn from using the Slendertone alongside my healthy eating regime is that it is helping to shape my body. It has been a long time since I went in at the sides but using the slendertone seems to be helping to break down some of the stubborn areas of fat that I never thought would disappear. Now I wonder if that have a slendertone for my bottom as that would be the next step!
