Schleich Horse Club Riding Centre

When it comes to toys Elizabeth prefers to have toys that allow imaginative play and the Schleich Horse Club Riding Centre is ideal for that.

Retailing at just under £100 I expected a lot from this set and I have to say that I wasn’t disappointed. If you are unfamiliar with the Schleich products they are extremely high quality molded plastic that promotes imaginative play. The Schleich Horse Club Riding Centre comes with a rider, two horses, a feeding set, saddles and reins, a grooming set and bales of hay as well as the riding centre building.

The Schleich Horse Club riding centre building comes in pieces and each piece needs to be clipped together to form the stable and the roof. It was tricky in pieces to clip together and did require a bit of force which did make me think that I might break it but that was not the case. When clipped together and all the parts have been put in place you are left with a fantastic set of stables with lots of features.

The sliding locks on the doors, the pens, the stable doors that open at the top and the bottom, and the opening roof windows all add to the playability of the set and allow lots of ways to interact with the horses and rider. As the roof can be removed it is easy for the girls to gain access to the inside of the riding centre and the fence panels can be moved and used it create paddocks or anything else that their imagination wishes. The set really does have a huge amount of playability and it has been the toy of choice for both girls for the last few weeks.

Schleich toys are available in  a huge range of categories from animals to fairies and everything in between. You can see the full collection at www.schleich-s.co.uk
