Earlier this month I had the pleasure of staying at a Novotel Hotel in London after a truly horrific train journey. To be welcomed into the reception area with the smell of Mulled Wine and the chance to sample it for myself as I checked in was definitely a welcome sight.
After checking in, with a few minor hiccups (as with most press trips) I made my way up to my room. A large comfortable room with a bed, storage area and most importantly a desk.

The bathroom was clean and spacious with a rain shower and the toilet was separate to the bathroom. In fact the hotel room was one of the best I have stayed in. The space available was brilliant and the desk was really handy as I spent the evening reading through all of the Mark Warner Mums applications.
I ate dinner in the restaurant and had a lovely perfectly cooked steak as I enjoyed my free glass of champagne that came as part of my Christmas Survival stay. The Christmas survival stay also included a Novotel Shopping survival pack which is pictured below. The survival bag was really well thought out and included
a bottle of water
an oyster card holder
some jelly beans for some sugar
hand sanitiser
a first aid kit
and a VIP shopping voucher for Westfield which gave discounts in lots of different shops.
My trip to London started with the worst journey ever and ended with the judging of some fabulous posts to help choose the Mark Warner Mums, it was helped along the way by Novotel which meant I arrived at Mark Warner HQ refreshed and ready for business before I headed to Westfield to buy my last few Christmas presents.
