A few weeks ago we were very lucky to be sent one of the new Lego Ninjago Costume – Green Ninja Lloyd from Jakks Pacific. Available as Kai, Lloyd, Jay and Nya as well as Nexo Knights Clay, Aaron or Lance, there is the perfect costume for your Lego fan.
The Lego costumes are made to mimic the Lego mini figure styling and the trousers even feature block feet that cover up the wearer’s shoes. The main body and the legs are made from a soft foam type material and the arms and top of the trousers are a different material which makes the costume easy to wear and lovely and comfortable. The glove hands are foam on the outside and that helps to give them their shape and there is a slit in the gloves so the wearer can still use their hands. The main body tunic is printed on both sides and had a velcro fastening on the back to keep it secured.
The costume we were sent was the Prestige Costume which retails for £49.99 and includes the top, trousers, gloves and the mask. You can get the Deluxe Costume which retails at £29.99 which doesn’t include the trousers.
The Lego Ninjago costume was folded in the box which means that it does have a lot of folds in it when it was first worn but we have seen these folds drop out over the course of a few days. The costume is available for children from aged 4 to 12 and the sizing seems to be quite generous to allow lots of growth.
The Lego Ninjago Costume was loved by everyone who saw it whether they were kids or grown ups and I have to say if they made them in my size I would have worn one too.
