We received yet another Lego Marvel Super Heroes Avengers Age of Ultron set to add to our growing collection and once again I was not disappointed. We love Marvel. We love Lego. So putting them together is just like a dream come true.
This fantastic Hydra showdown set features three minifigures (Thor, Hawkeye and a Hydra Henchman) and two vehicles, the Avengers 4×4 and the Hydra offroader.
Alison and Elizabeth managed to build most of this themselves with just a small amount of help on some of the more fiddly bits. The Avengers 4×4 is around 4 inches long and features a rotating turret with two flick missiles. The Hydra offroader is about the same length and features an opening roll cage and a stud shooter.

Alison loves this set, I think because they are vehicles and they are pretty sturdy she is able to play with them more and they have been having races and battles for the last few days. It is great to see Alison really playing with the Lego rather than just displaying it as usually she gets fed up with putting them back together again but these two vehicles don’t seem to fall apart as often as some of the other sets that we have. I would definitely recommend these if they are going to be played with afterwards.
