Ok there are lots of recipes for Cadbury Creme Egg brownies but as a completely rubbish baker I can promise that this is one of the easiest recipes ever. In fact my four year old made them.
The make these brownies take one chocolate brownie mix, follow packet instructions add a few spoons of peanut butter and some chopped up Cadburys Creme Eggs.

Absolutely delicious, easy to make and a great way of using Creme Eggs before they disappear of our shelves for another year.

To be honest there is only one thing that I would change next time. I would use crunchy peanut butter to add a bit of a crunch to the brownies!
