Play It! is back at Museum of Science and Industry Manchester this easter

Last year we really enjoyed going along to the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester for their Play It! Event. Giving the girls the opportunity to play in a variety of computer consoles and games from my childhood was brilliant and they really enjoyed testing the different games. They also loved the Minecraft area and sat for quite a while on those computers which was actually what inspired us to get the girls their own laptops.

Play It! Manchester will be back at the Museum from March 25th to April 17th and with a session costing just £12 for a family of four (atleast one adult) it is really good value too. Featuring more consoles, more minecraft and more games to play we cant wait to see what we will be playing this year. New for 2016 there will be Next Generation consoles to play with such as the PS4 and Xbox One. There will also be a selection of Disney and Batman games alongside some of the latest in Virtual Reality technology.

Play It! Manchester is fantastic for people who love gaming and as a great way to introduce the younger generation to some of the classic games we played when we were younger. It is a way of looking to the past and future and comparing the technology and seeing how far it has come.
