Our Marvellous Messy Adventure with Persil and Roald Dahl

This weekend saw us getting Messy with Persil and the Roald Dahl Literacy Estate as we went on a Marvellous Messy Adventure using the fabulous new interactive story available on the Persil Website.

To help get kids outside this summer Persil has teamed up with the Roald Dahl Literacy Estate and Quintin Blake to create a fabulous adventure that the children absolutely loved.

The interactive nature of the story really got the children interested and as they moved along they were able to see the story unfold. The adventure brings to life some of Roald Dahls classic characters and when we split into groups we met up with James from James and the Giant Peach to help find the magic peach stone hidden in the bucket of mud.
The whole day was fantastic and once again enticed the girls into the land of Roald Dahl after being distracted by JK Rowling. It is brilliant to see them enjoying an author that I loved so much as a child and the Messy Adventure is the perfect way to introduce these stories to children who may not have heard them before.

We are looking forward to even more Messy adventures as we try to uncover the other plots and see where they may take us. Why not go on your own adventure? Click the picture below to begin.
