Monday – Griddled chicken, wedges and salad
Tuesday – Pasta Bake
Wednesday – Spaghetti Bolognese
Thursday – Gammon and Mash
Friday – Sunday – Portuguese food (although I will try to choose healthy options).
Having meal plans really is helping when it comes to not spending lots of money and it takes the guess work out of dinner making it a lot less stressful.
