Meal Planning to get me through

Right I am going to really sort myself out and plan my meals up until I get weighed next in the hopes that it will keep me in line. So here goes, all my meals until I get weighed next. 

Tuesday
Breakfast – Weetabix, milk and fruit
Lunch – Liver, onion and mushrooms
Dinner – eating out

Wedneday
Breakfast – Melon and strawberries
Lunch – Mugshot and fruit
Dinner – Sausage casserole

Thursday
Breakfast – Shredded Wheat and fruit
Lunch – Subway chicken salad on train before Afternoon Tea in London
Dinner – Nandos or similar before travelling home

Friday
Breakfast - overnight oats
Lunch – SW fry up with onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Dinner – Gammon steaks, mash and steam fresh veg

Saturday
Late Breakfast – fruit and yogurt
Early Dinner – fish pie

Sunday
Late Breakfast – SW fry up with onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Early Dinner – Roast gammon and vegetables

Monday
Breakfast – weetabix, milk & fruit
Lunch – kebab and salad
Dinner  - chicken pasta

Tuesday 
Breakfast – overnight oats
Lunch – jacket potato, tuna and salad
Dinner – chicken casserole

Wednesday
Breakfast – toast with marmite and fruit
Lunch – homemade soup
Dinner – chicken fajitas

Thursday
Breakfast – weetabix, milk and fruit
Lunch – mugshot and fruit
Dinner – spaghetti bolognese
