Meal Planning to eat less and save more

So my current plans involve eating less and moving more to lose weight and get fit but also spending less to save more so we can have an awesome year. It seems that both of these things require some planning so I thought that a Monday meal plan will get me through.

Monday – Lasagne and salad
Tuesday – Pork Casserole and mash
Wednesday – slow cooker chicken curry and rice
Thursday – Cottage pie and veg
Friday – Overnight in a hotel for hubbys birthday
Saturday – Party food with family
Sunday – Chicken pasta

Lots of temptation in the way but three gym sessions booked so fingers crossed I have a good week.
