Christmas in the Wizarding World

We are huge fans of the Wizarding World in our house so I was very excited when I was asked if I wanted to receive a very special Christmas bundle of Wizarding World products.

This post looks at 10 fabulous items available from the Wizarding World but there are so many more available.

As big fans of the original Dobble I knew we would really enjoy Harry Potter Dobble. It is a great matching game that is fast-paced and fun for the whole family and suitable for 2 to 8 players. Available from Amazon.

Pictopia Harry Potter edition is one of the only Harry Potter themed board games that we don’t already own with Trivial pursuit, Cluedo and Scrabble already adorning our game shelf.  Suitable for ages 7 plus and for between 2 and 6 players, Pictopia Harry Potter Edition is a great picture trivia game where your knowledge can help you win the game.

This 10.5 inch Ron Weasley doll in his Yule Ball outfit makes a great gift for Harry Potter fans old and young. Also available in lots of other characters these make a fantastic collectable as well as a perfect plaything. The doll is fully poseable which means you can put him in all sorts of positions to make playing with it a lot easier. You can buy the dolls here

The Hary Potter Wizard Training wand from Jakks is one of our favourite Wizarding World products. We reviewed the Elder Wand version last year and absolutely loved it. You can check out my video review here

When it comes to LEGO the Harry Potter sets are my favourite. The Knight bus set was on the Dream Toys list this year and I am not surprised, this set is available at a fantastic price for the play value and it looks great too.

I absolutely loved Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and this book takes you behind the scenes of the stage production with details about the characters, sets, actors and more. A must for any Harry Potter fan.

Another huge hit from last year that is still going strong this year is the Real Talking Sorting Hat from Kids@Play. This animatronic hat sorts you into your houses and looks good doing it. Check out our video review from last year

Named the bloggers choice award at BlogOn this year and wracking up multiple awards the Harry Potter Invisibility Cloak from WOW Stuff really is impressive. It looks great and is lots of fun too.

Celebrate the Yule Ball in style with the Lego Hogwarts Clock Tower. With eight lego mini-figures and a fantastic Christmas scene this set makes a great gift for a Wizarding World fan.

If I could have chosen just one item from the Wizarding World then it would have to be the Hornby Hogwarts Express. This impressive train makes for an amazing collector’s item that would make any fan very happy on Christmas day. Featuring the locomotive and two passenger coaches as well as some track this set looks amazing when set up and is the ultimate collectable for Harry Potter fans.

Which of these fantastic Wizarding World items would you like to receive this Christmas?
