Afternoon tea with the Easter Bunny

We were invited as a family to go along to our local Garden Centre group Garden Centre to have afternoon tea or breakfast with the Easter Bunny. Last week we headed to Altrincham Garden Centre for Afternoon Tea.
On arrival we were greeted by a giant Easter Bunny. Both of the girls were given a small goody bag which contained chocolate eggs and some bird seeds. They then got to play in the small soft play area which was connected to the cafe whilst we waited for our food.

We had a choice of four sandwiches and when our afternoon tea arrived we each a large square brownie, a huge scone with clotted cream and jam and then a well filled sandwich cut into four triangles. We had unlimited tea and coffee and the girls got unlimited juice.
The girls got a choice of hot meals and they both chose Chicken Goujons with chips and Alison chose peas whilst Elizabeth chose beans.

The chips were lovely and hot and the chicken goujons were made with real chicken breast.
After we had all eaten our tea the girls got to make Chocolate cornflake cakes with the Easter Bunny which they really enjoyed. The easter bunny was very cheeky and he kept trying to steal the chocolate which the girls thought was hilarious.
We had a fabulous time having tea with the easter bunny and we will definitely keep an eye out for any other events like this.
